Melissa Cooley is an accredited  ERYT & director of Om Sweet Om Yoga, having completed over four different YTT's from different yoga modality viewpoints, countless meditation and mindfulness training's over the past 25 years.  She is a dedicated student who has a passion to share the practice and connect & build wellness community.  She has over 20 years of teaching experience with all levels & ages.

Developer of the Radiance Method Teacher Training, the only 5 star rated Teacher training in Southern Oregon and many other wellness programs: Alchemy Training, Emotional Body Intelligence based on the 9 Rasas, How to Balance your Chakras and Yoga Sequencing for VATA, PITTA & KAPHA.  Melissa is known for her humor, firm growth instruction and ability to motivate inspired ACTION. 

Melissa has been devoted to her life craft specializing in Yoga, Art & Reflexology. Creating a lovely COMMUNITY that supports a meaningful life of wellness and freedom.

Adrienne Eisenberg is a 500-hr RYT and yoga therapist. She teaches Adaptive, Gentle, and Somatic classes that are safe, empowering, and accessible. She also works privately with individuals interested in exploring yoga’s deep therapeutic benefits.

Sage Star (they/them) is a 200hr registered yoga teacher (RYT #162588) and a devout student of yoga philosophy. They have practiced holistic massage therapy for over 15 years, and received their yoga teacher training in 2010 in Sampoorna Yoga ('Fullness Yoga'), at Leela Mata Peaceful Valley Ashram and Retreat. Sage later returned to teach anatomy and physiology at the same ashram, and continued to teach anatomy, physiology, and yogic philosophy at Drishti Yoga Center in San Antonio Tlayacapan, Mexico. Currently a settler residing on the ancestral lands of the Takelma nation (Medford), they offer a practice that endeavors to support decolonization and a re-imagining of our current culture.
