Melissa Cooley is an accredited  ERYT & director of Om Sweet Om Yoga, having completed over four different YTT's from different yoga modality viewpoints, countless meditation and mindfulness training's over the past 25 years.  She is a dedicated student who has a passion to share the practice and connect & build wellness community.  She has over 20 years of teaching experience with all levels & ages.

Developer of the Radiance Method Teacher Training, the only 5 star rated Teacher training in Southern Oregon and many other wellness programs: Alchemy Training, Emotional Body Intelligence based on the 9 Rasas, How to Balance your Chakras and Yoga Sequencing for VATA, PITTA & KAPHA, & Nervous System Reset. 

Melissa is known for her humor, firm growth instruction and ability to motivate inspired ACTION. 

Melissa has been devoted to her life craft specializing in Yoga, Art & Reflexology. Creating a lovely COMMUNITY that supports a meaningful Goodlife of wellness and freedom.

Adrienne Eisenberg is a 500-hr RYT and yoga therapist. She teaches Adaptive, Gentle, and Somatic classes that are safe, empowering, and accessible. She also works privately with individuals interested in exploring yoga’s deep therapeutic benefits.

Crystal Arnold is a creator, group facilitator, mother, writer, and educator. She is the Director of Education at the Post Growth Institute. After graduating from Southern Oregon University in 2007 with a degree in international economics, she has designed and facilitated workshops, community events, and interviewed over 100 women on the Money-Wise Women podcast. Her written work has appeared in journals, magazines, and several books. She has lived in the Rogue Valley for 20 years with her husband and two children.

Laura Mascola is a Level 5 Certified Breathwork Facilitator under David Elliott's Healer Training. She has lived and traveled all around the country, and has happily settled into Ashland with her partner and pup. She guides a gentle yet powerful breathwork technique to open deeper layers of yourself so you can live authentically, intuitively, and heart-centered. She is also a certified occupational therapist, working with children and families in this community. She is passionate about helping people of all ages learn to trust themselves fully and to feel whole in their own skin. Peggy Leviton teaches Vedic Chanting in an authentic South Indian lineage.  She completed the Teacher Training program through Veda Studies under the tutelage of Shantala Shriramaia.

Peggy is also a Certified Sound Therapist (Globe Institute) and Sound Practitioner (Diploma, Sound Healing Academy, UK).  A native of Chicago, Peggy received a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance from Northwestern University.  Peggy has taught and performed classical music in the Chicago area, Honolulu, and Arizona.  After moving to the Pacific northwest she also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.

Happily settled in Jacksonville, Oregon, Peggy masterfully combines her deep sensitivity to sound, scientific understanding, love of spiritual inquiry, and human approach with sound and vibrational therapy.
