Workshop Description
Benefits of Restorative Yoga: Stress Reduction: Promotes relaxation and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress hormones. Improved Sleep: Deep relaxation and stress reduction can lead to better quality sleep. Increased Flexibility: Holding poses for extended periods can improve flexibility and range of motion. Improved Mobility: Gentle stretching can help release tension and improve mobility. Enhanced Emotional Well-being: Restorative yoga provides a space for self-reflection and emotional release. Reduced Pain: Supporting the body in passive poses can help alleviate chronic pain. Improved Cardiovascular Health: Stress reduction and relaxation can lower blood pressure and heart rate. Boosted Immune System: Stress reduction can improve immune function. Increased Body Awareness: Focusing on the body and breath cultivates greater self-awareness. Improved Digestion: Relaxation and stress reduction can aid in digestion.
