Workshop Description

Enjoy a rich internal exchange to unwind tension patterns and rewire brain pathways. Gentle and slow movements emphasize paying attention to the sensations in your body as you move, such as muscle tension, joint movement, and breath. This felt sense awareness strengthens the connection between your mind and body, helping you become more attuned to your physical and emotional state. Releasing tension and improving movement patterns by intentional cues that focus on internal sensations and releasing unnecessary tension. Somatic movement can help improve posture, flexibility, and overall movement efficiency, and can be incorporated into various activities like yoga, dance, and even everyday movements like walking can be beneficial for healing, stress, and anxiety.
