Workshop Description

When the body feels safe and accompanied, it can open into insights & move emotions. The work becomes less about “fixing” and more about remembering the power & Source of our Light. Humans are wired for connection. When one person drops into calm, others feel it. A shared breath amplifies this effect, creating a collective baseline of safety and presence, and courage to move through the truth of our lives, witnessing one another through the power of this practice is an offering we can make together through the breath.
